Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is the process in which students learn, acquire, and apply knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop healthy identities, relationships, and interpersonal skills, understand, manage, and cope with emotions and feelings, resolve conflicts, feel and show empathy for others, make responsible decisions, and achieve personal and collective goals.
